In this role, you will work as a sourcer, master-facilitator, client-advisor, and as an innovator. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.**Responsibilities**:- Communicate effectively with Google Cloud Sales leaders, hiring managers, and interview teams.- Manage applicants through Google's multi-faceted hiring process, maintaining a focus on excellent applicant and client experience throughout the process. Propose and implement ongoing improvements to Google’s recruitment efforts.- Create and implement a staffing business strategy that will be the framework for achieving an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, and client management and applicant satisfaction.- Partner with our clients and peers to drive impactful initiatives towards diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
