Customer Service Systems Manager

**Job summary**:The CS Systems Manager will be responsible for ensuring EDI connection with all possible customers. He/She will be expected to track firm EDI data loaded and received to ensure ASN demand accuracy. He/She will work with CSRs to understand and align the EDI transmissions for all customersThe CS Systems Manager should be strong communicators, able to interpret and explain complex systematic data. They will support CSRs in the interpretation of EDI data with all customers.The CS Systems Manager will collaborate with the CS team to understand requirements and develop process-related and analytical tools.The CS Systems Manager is expected to have strong skills in root-cause analysis and problem solving.**Educational requirements**:- Bachelors degree- English advanced**Duties**:- EDI connectivity with all/majority of our customers- Accurate EDI transmissions (demand, forecast and ASN)- Create systematically communication with Non-EDI compliance customer- Creating data-extraction and analytical tools for Customer Service- Responsibilities:- Identify opportunities to implement EDI with new customers- Work with the Outside Sales team to promote implementation of EDI with more customers- Review and resolve systemic EDI issues related to ASN’s- Create Drop-In detection tool- Create EDI analysis tool- Create Coverage Report tool- Create Demand Change Analysis tool- Create Waterfall Analysis tool**Skills required**:- Highly experienced in EDI, AS400, SQL, and MS Excel- Clear communicator, strong organizational skills and continuous improvement focus. Results focused.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- IT Systems: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
