About the role: In this opportunity as a Jr. QA Automation Engineer - Playwright, you will: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to understand project requirements and assist in developing comprehensive test plans and specifications. Design, develop, and maintain UI and API automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications. Participate in writing clean, maintainable, and reusable test code. Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report issues to ensure software quality and adherence to best practices. Assist in code reviews and help maintain a robust automation framework. Support manual testing efforts as needed to ensure complete coverage. Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning and daily standups. Continuously seek opportunities to improve testing processes and methodologies. About you: You’re a fit for the role of Jr. QA Automation Engineer - Playwright if your background includes: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and test automation. Proficiency in automated testing tools, with significant experience using Playwright (Mandatory). Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python. Experience with GIT Basic understanding of APIs (REST and Graphql) Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Experience with both API and UI automation testing. Eager to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with team members. Passion for delivering high-quality software that meets user needs. #LI-FZ1 What’s in it For You?
