Deseable Maestría.- Mínimo 3 años de experiência como Head Hunter o atracción de talento de preferencia en consultorías.- Dominio avanzado de inglés.ACTIVIDADES- Llevar a cabo el adecuado cumplimiento del proceso y lineamientos de Atracción de Talento.- Publicar y dar seguimiento a vacantes a través de diversas herramientas.- Diseñar y ejecutar mapeos de talento continuos en fuentes nacionales e internacionales.- Realizar búsqueda activa de talento potencial.**Requisitos**:Licenciatura en Administración o Recursos Humanos.
