**Your Tasks**:**Role Overview**As a valued member of our S&CM team at Beiersdorf Mexico, you will support the execution of assigned category activities based on the overarching category strategy. Your insights into shopper behavior and channel needs will help preserve our brand’s value while driving sales growth and expanding market share. Your role is crucial in ensuring that activities are not only implemented on time but also aligned with our strategic goals**Main Responsibilities**- Provide accurate and timely data to facilitate effective commercial planning and decision-making processes.- Develop standard reports as outlined by the Lead Market S&CM team to maintain visibility over key performance metrics.- Maintain and manage the central database for the market, ensuring its accuracy and up-to-date information.- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested by the S&CM team to support various initiatives and strategic decisions.- Offer analytical and administrative support to local operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects.- Monitor project budgets closely, ensuring that resources are allocated properly and utilized effectively.- Track compliance in execution to gather insights that will enhance POS strategies and improve the effectiveness of POS materials.**Your Profile**:**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales, Shopper Marketing, or Trade Marketing roles.- Demonstrated understanding of channel dynamics and a foundational grasp of effective marketing strategies.- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills, enabling you to interpret data and derive actionable insights.- A proactive and dynamic approach, characterized by a "hands-on" style of working.- Effective stakeholder management skills in a matrix organizational structure.- Ability to navigate and resolve ambiguity or conflict effectively among diverse stakeholders and customers.- Comfortable adapting to fast-paced environments; capable of thriving in high-growth, changing circumstances.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, exemplifying a team-oriented mindset.- Personality traits such as responsiveness, confidence, and honesty are highly valued within our culture.- Passionate about simplification and driving synergy across projects and initiatives.- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a corporate setting.
