Asignado a cuentas estratégicas (Élite/DSC).- Clave para garantizar que SoftwareOne mantenga la experiência general del cliente.- Responsable de gestionar las escaladas.- Colaboración con equipos DSC/Ventas.- Responsable de establecer contacto con proveedores de software independientes (ISV) fuera de catálogo para procesar solicitudes de cotización de casos.- Ayudar al vendedor con tareas operativas para permitir que el equipo de ventas se centre en sus actividades principales de venta.**Principales funciones y responsabilidades**:- Incorporación de clientes.- Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de entrega para el cliente. Alcance, cotización y renovación (fuera de catálogo).- Seguimiento del proceso de entrega E2E.- Mejorar la satisfacción del cliente monitoreando exitosamente los requisitos pendientes para las cuentas asignadas globalmente y entre diferentes equipos.- Actuar como primer punto de contacto para cualquier escalamiento del cliente y actuar trabajando internamente con otros equipos para brindar solución y eliminar la repetición de problemas.- Garantizar que se cumplan todos los SLA de entrega: velocidad, calidad, crédito y refacturación.- Conozca el comportamiento de su Cliente demostrando su conocimiento operativo que se refleja en los comentarios proporcionados por el Cliente.- Coordinar y apoyar a un equipo de Gerentes de Operaciones (en todos los países cuando corresponda).- Coordinar y apoyar a un equipo de Gerentes de Operaciones (en todos los países cuando corresponda).Que esperamos de tí:**Lo que necesitamos ver de usted**:- Se prefiere una licenciatura de un colegio o universidad de cuatro años.- Trabajé anteriormente en negocios de TI.- Competente con Outlook, Word, Excel y Power Point.- Éxito comprobado en una gestión de operaciones o función similar.- Más:- Nível de inglés avanzado.- Experiência en Servicio en la Nube.**Habilidades blandas**:- Mentalidad enfocada al cliente y de excelencia.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (orientada al cliente), organización, seguimiento, multitarea y gestión del tiempo.- Habilidades efectivas de comprensión y parafraseo.- Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y consulta.- Atención a los detalles.
