This role is crucial in ensuring that SoftwareOne maintains an exceptional overall customer experience. The Operations Manager is accountable for handling partner operational concerns and collaborates closely with the Digital Supply Chain and Sales teams. Additionally, they are responsible for liaising with off-catalogue Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to process request-to-quote cases. By assisting sellers with operational tasks, the Operations Manager enables the sales team to focus on their core selling activities.**Main functions and responsibilities**:- Client onboarding the internal App / Page.- Developing and implementing the delivery strategy for the customer.
