**About the Role**:**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Proven experience in cost management or financial analysis within the manufacturing industry.- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.- Professional certification such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant).- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare reports to identify cost-saving opportunities within the manufacturing process.- Collaborate with production teams to develop accurate cost estimates for new projects and product lines.- Monitor and control manufacturing costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial targets.- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to facilitate understanding of cost management processes and outcomes.**Skills**:The required skills in financial analysis and cost management will be utilized daily to assess manufacturing expenses and identify areas for improvement. Fluency in Mandarin will enable effective communication with local teams and stakeholders, ensuring that all cost-related discussions are clear and productive. Strong analytical skills will be essential for interpreting complex data and making informed recommendations. Additionally, proficiency in ERP systems will facilitate efficient tracking of costs and budgeting processes.
