His responsibility is to ensure the fulfillment of the internal, external and legal requirements related to the project. As a core team member, he /she is the interface between the customer and internal team members reg. all quality relevant topics and he supports the project manager as empowered partner within the project (4-eye principle). In case of project relevant deviation (process, product, standards, legal and safety...) He/she has to ensure the implementation of adequate corrective actions and to escalate if necessary.**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE (Technical, Specialized, and/or Methodical)**- Diploma in technical engineering (electrical or mechanical) or comparable discipline like mechanical / electrical engineer; can be compensated by many years of experience in the field of activity- Professional experience (minimum 1-2 years) - Experience in automotive business (minimum 1-2 years)- APQP, Change Management., Risk Management- PC, MSA, Quality methods and tools: 5S (work place organization), JIDOKA, DFSS Green Belt, Six Sigma Basics- Knowledge of quality methods and tools: CONTROL PLAN, Problem solving techniques, DFSS awareness, reliability evaluations (e.g. Weibull), Brainstorming, Safe Launch- English language skills- Quality Methods and tools: FMEA (Design, Process, System, etc.), statistics, PPAPQUALITY INTERNAL PROCEDURES would be a benfit- Customer specific requirements: Contract management (customer contracts and agreements) legal requirements (IMDS,...), expert level in specific quality requirements- Quality standards (QM System and Process Management (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, VDA 6.3), ISO 14001**Working Time**: Full time**Business Unit**: VT Operations**Department**: VT O AM CJ1 Quality New Project Insp**Your Contact Partner**: MORELIA CONCEPCION GARCIAVitesco Technologies is a leading international developer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art powertrain technologies for sustainable mobility.
