Analysis Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX). Product Manager – Customer Portal & Process Optimization Job Overview The Sr. Business Analyst will focus on analyzing customer needs and designing a world‑class customer portal that provides an exceptional user experience and meets the diverse requirements of our clientele. Additionally, this role involves analyzing current business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and implementing AI‑driven technologies to enhance efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and requirements. Design a world‑class customer portal that enhances user experience and meets customer needs. Design and develop IT solutions leveraging AI to optimize business processes across CX, Logistics, MFG and Commercial. Change Management: Continue to onboard customers to eCom and portal platforms. Provide technical support and training to CSR teams on newly implemented technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Ideally, has developer background before moving to analyst role . Strong Business Analysis (or Product Management) experience. 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on Customer Portal, leveraging web technologies to improve customer experience and business efficiency. Experience with designing Chatbot desired. Ideally, B2B experience. Proven experience in automating or optimizing business processes and implementing IT solutions in areas of eCommerce, Customer Portal, Supply Chain, Manufacturing desired. Experience in analyzing customer needs and designing user‑centric web solutions. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with customer service systems and tools. Project Management experience.
