We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work.**Buscamos Art Director.****¿Qué harás?**- Desarrollar conceptos creativos y dirección de arte para campañas 360° (digital, tradicional, ATL/BTL).- Diseñar piezas creativas para múltiples plataformas: redes sociales, web, apps, publicidad exterior y medios tradicionales.- Colaborar con el equipo de copy para crear soluciones creativas integrales y efectivas.- Dirigir y supervisar al equipo de diseñadores jr. en la ejecución de proyectos.- Presentar propuestas creativas y defender conceptos ante el equipo interno.- Supervisar producciones fotográficas y audiovisuales cuando sea necesario.- Asegurar que todas las piezas cumplan con los estándares de marca y calidad de la agencia.- Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias de diseño, tecnología y cultura digital.**Skills Requeridos.**- Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual o afín.- 2-4 años de experiência como Art Director o Diseñador Sr. en agencias de publicidad.- Portfolio sólido que demuestre campañas realizadas y proyectos integrales.- Dominio avanzado de Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Conocimientos de After Effects y herramientas de motion graphics.- **Inglés Avanzado**.**¿Qué ofrecemos?**Modalidad de trabajo híbrido.
