Slalom Mexico is looking for self-driven and curious individuals that have a passion for helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems. We are seeking early career professionals, interested in developing skills in the consulting industry. This role will work with a team, focused on project management, process improvement, operations, and business analysis.**What You’ll Do**- Verify scope and stakeholder involvement during program intake and build requirements gathering plan- Submit business requirements and business and development teams and draft test plans with engineering teams- Communicate effectively across multiple teams and levels- Trace back requirements to ensure all objectives have been met- Create and/or deliver status reports of business requirements on an ongoing basis- Collaborate closely with program/delivery leaders and technical teams to support project deliverables**What You’ll Bring**- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders.- Ability to actively participate in workshops, interviews, and working sessions to identify and understand current gaps, needs, and requirements, and document findings clearly and effectively.- Contribute to creating and updating user guides and documentation for AEM & Salsify to support knowledge sharing and enablement.- Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments activities or projects in fast-paced environment.- Proven track record of managing and delivering business requirements on time and within scope.- E-commerce experience preferred- Process mapping experience preferred: Familiarity with process design tools (e.g., Lucidchart) to help visually map and optimize processes across people, process, and technology dimensions.**About Us**Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always.
