**Your role**- Development and execution of continuous improvement strategies for all processes of the site- Supervise the Continuous Improvement Technicians in the day to day activities- Responsible of Quick kaizen, Kaizen events & knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement through the processes- Adherence on HSE Procedures and support initiatives- Ensure the implementation of the new standards and new digitalization processes- Implement the lean manufacturing tools- Partner with maintenance engineers and technicians for trouble shotting analysis for key equipment- Improve process control for quality and productivity, Poka Yoke design and implementation- Provide Lean training to employees- Support function assessment audit and give support and coaching to execute the activities- Lead line efficiency and improvement efforts**Your profile**- Proven track record with experience in related area in "Maquiladora" and in Lean Manufacturing with special focus in productivity- Experience leading kaizen events in different areas- Ability to understand and develop the Lean tools- Ability to manage the problem solving and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.- Advanced English
