**In-House SEO Specialist****ONLY ENGLISH RESUMES WILL BE CONSIDERED.****Location**: Remote**Department**: Marketing / Growth**Reports To**: Head of Marketing / CMOAs our **In-House SEO Specialist**, you’ll drive **organic growth and discovery** across our website, blog, and campaigns — ensuring Sterling Forever is seen by the right audience at the right time. You’ll work at the intersection of **fashion, content, and data**, optimizing copy, product pages, landing pages, and campaigns while collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and ecommerce teams.If you love **making a brand more discoverable while maintaining its style and personality**, this is your role.**What You’ll Do****SEO & Content Strategy**- Own Sterling Forever’s SEO strategy to grow **organic traffic, brand awareness, and ecommerce revenue**.- Conduct keyword research and competitor audits to uncover creative opportunities for product pages, gift guides, blogs, and landing pages.- Optimize copy and content while keeping the **brand’s voice stylish, approachable, and aspirational**.- Collaborate with creative and copy teams to ensure SEO efforts amplify the **fashion-forward storytelling** behind each collection.**Technical SEO**- Monitor website health and performance using **Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush**, and other tools.- Identify and fix technical SEO issues: crawl errors, site speed, redirects, indexing, and structured data.- Partner with developers on **site architecture, internal linking, and product schema** to ensure search performance supports both growth and UX.**Creative Collaboration**- Work closely with marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams to ensure SEO is baked into **product launches, campaigns, and seasonal collections**.- Provide insights on trends and audience search behavior to influence content planning, blog topics, and collection storytelling.**Analytics & Reporting**- Track KPIs: organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rate, and search-driven revenue.- Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to refine content strategy and SEO tactics.- Provide actionable insights to marketing leadership to align SEO with broader brand growth goals.**What You’ll Bring**- 5+ years SEO experience, ideally in **fashion, beauty, jewelry, or lifestyle DTC brands**.- Strong understanding of **on-page, technical, and off-page SEO** best practices.- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar.- Data-driven mindset with a **creative lens** to maintain brand tone in SEO efforts.- Excellent communicator who can collaborate across creative, marketing, and ecommerce teams.- Passion for **fashion, trends, and making a brand discoverable** online.**Bonus Points**- Experience with **Shopify or Shopify Plus**.- Familiarity with structured data, site migrations, and technical SEO audits.- Some HTML/CSS knowledge to implement on-page optimizations.- Experience building creative, fashion-forward content strategies that drive organic traffic.**Success Looks Like**- Sterling Forever is consistently **discoverable by trend-conscious shoppers** in search.- Product pages, blogs, and landing pages rank for relevant, high-intent keywords while reflecting the **brand’s voice and style**.- Technical SEO is seamless, keeping the site fast, healthy, and user-friendly.- Measurable growth in **organic traffic, conversions, and repeat customer engagement**.Pay: From $37,000.00 per month
