Our passion for innovation, a pioneering spirit and the unique Puratos culture drive our solid growth and vision for the future This, along with our commitment to our local communities, is what makes working at Puratos so magical.To strengthen our team in **MEXICO** we are looking for:**Project Engineer Manager**(_Tizayuca, Hidalgo_)**Your Mission**Leading capital investment and process improvement projects whilst supporting the site in its industrial and operational development, according to the Group Operations Strategy, the Group Project Management guidelines and the yearly budgets and objectives.**What you will do**- A. Project Management _- To study, prepare, execute and close projects _- _Project Management: using the Project Management methodology defined as standard within the Group._- _Project execution: Project execution within project’s objectives and time schedule. The Project Engineer must have a high added value in setting up and maintaining the project schedule, checking the milestones, communicating the warnings and deviations. The Project Engineer has to follow up and control the execution. He is the acting Technical Project Manager. _- _Budget control: estimating costs, cost control i.e. collecting reliable data relative to engaged and/or spent amounts and taking corrective actions if needed, etc _- _Communication: ensure a transparent, fluent and effective communication with all stakeholders as well as with external partners (suppliers, contractors, engineering companies, authorities, etc.)_- B. Project Engineering _- Responsible for the compliance of the conceptual design with the project objectives and with local specifications and requirements. _- Evaluation of the basic and detailed design according to the general design requirements. General design requirements are:_- _Group’ S&E Policy & Standards_- _Operational efficiency_- _State of the art process and utilities set up_- _Food industry hygienic standards (HACCP, BRC, EHEDG, etc.)_- _Optimal life cycle cost_- C. Operational Support and technical assistance _- Coach the local operations teams with the implementation, evaluation and improvements of OEE, Quality, Safety and Energy performance._- Support local operations with technical assistance (technical problems, line optimization, etc )_- D. Capability building _- Increase the technical and operational skills of the field based colleagues by organizing trainings and providing on-the-job coaching._- E. Market follow-up _- Follow up of the technical/technological evolution in the food industry (suppliers, magazines, fairs, courses,) _- Communicate and share this knowledge with colleagues and peers_**What we expect from you**- _Education level: Masters in Engineering Sciences or Bachelor of Sciences with experience._- _Minimum 5 years experience as project or technical support engineer _- _Functional skills_- _Demonstrated people and project management skills_- _Demonstrated project engineering skills _- _Demonstrated technical knowledge of main industrial technologies_- _Software skills: Autocad or another drawing tool, MS-Office, Sharepoint, MS-Project_- _Fluent in English_- _Good analytical skills_- _Good knowledge of project related financial kpi (IRR, NPV, ROI )_**What you can expect from Puratos**You will join a fast-growing, stable family business that has become an international market leader with a corporate culture in which innovation and entrepreneurship are part of our main priorities.
