Manufacturing Engineer II- Helps determine the operations required for more complex projects in product manufacturing, as well as implement cost-saving process improvements. Own the processes - create capable processes.- May be responsible for the completion of assigned engineering projects within budget and scheduling guidelines.- May coach or manage less experienced team members. Troubleshoot and resolve more complex problems, develop sequence of operations, estimate time requirements for each, and prepare operation sheets.- Identifies, recommends and implements improvements and/or modifications in the sequence of operations, equipment utilization and related issues to increase efficiency and cost savings.- Designs and programs CNC equipment to utilize it at full capacity.- May be responsible for the completion of engineering projects.- Design new line layouts or redesign the plant layout.- May provide technical leadership/training and/or coaching to other team members.- Transfer of new products.- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electromechanical/Mechatronics) or equivalent related experience. 5+ years.- Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma acquired in the last 3 years.- Knowledge of CNC manufacturing equipment.- Fixture design in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.- Bilingual -English 80% desirable.About Regal RexnordRegal Rexnord Corporation (“Regal Rexnord”) is a leading manufacturer of electric motors, electrical motion controls, power generation and mechanical power transmission products and sub-systems, serving customers around the world in the general industrial, consumer, commercial construction, food & beverage, and alternative energy end markets, among others.
