Our innovative approach combines design, engineering, and scale to create cutting-edge solutions for our clients.**_You will get the chance to:_**- Design and develop MDM solutions using Java to support master data integration and management across the organization.- Participate in data cleansing, consolidation, and standardization from various sources to ensure data quality.- Collaborate on designing and optimizing data flow and master data management processes.- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure system quality and functionality.- Support data troubleshooting and performance optimization.- What would help you succeed:_- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.- 2-4 years of Java development experience, with at least one year in MDM or data management-related projects.- Intermediate-level experience in **Java **development.- Practical knowledge in **MDM platforms **like IBM InfoSphere MDM, SAP MDM, or similar.- Basic experience with** RESTful and SOAP APIs.**:- Proficiency in** SQL **and basic query integration.- Knowledge of integration tools like Apache Kafka, MuleSoft, or SnapLogic is a plus.- Familiarity with Git or similar tools.- Knowledge of microservices architecture and frameworks such as Spring.- Familiarity with ETL tools and data-loading processes.- Experience in data governance and quality management processes.- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).- Advanced English skillsAt Globant, we believe that an inclusive culture and a diverse environment makes us stronger.
