At Cognizant, we promote an inclusive culture where we value different perspectives.**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions to meet business requirements.- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Reltio MDM best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data management processes.- Develop and maintain documentation for MDM solutions and processes.- Conduct regular assessments and optimizations of MDM solutions to ensure performance and scalability.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM solutions in a timely manner.- Ensure data quality and integrity within the MDM system.- Provide training and support to end-users on MDM solutions.- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MDM technologies.- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of MDM processes and methodologies.**Qualifications**- Must have extensive experience in Reltio MDM.- Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Should have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Must have strong communication and documentation skills.- Should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Nice to have experience in data governance and data quality management.Why Cognizant?A career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide.Ongoing support and funding with training and development plans.Opportunity to work for leading global companies.Our work environment is diverse, collaborative and inclusive.
