Perfil de puesto: Customer Service Analyst.Objetivo: Asegurar el cumplimiento del ciclo order to invoice para los modelos especializados de servicio a clientes (Cirugías a Vistas, Consignas, Insites y Soluciones Integrales) asegurando su correcto sometimiento y pago, así como conciliar los servicios otorgados en cada uno de los hospitales y facturación en sistema SAP;manteniendo siempre el compromiso y servicio con clientes internos y externos, para soluciónoportunade sus solicitudes.**Responsabilidades**:- Capturay seguimientode órdenes de los modelos de especializados hasta su entrega y/o facturación.- Generación de métricasrelevantes para el monitoreo y mejora del área.- Mantenimiento defichas técnicas de los clientes asignados, incluyendo los contactos para conciliación de facturación.- Interacción con otras áreas dentro y fuera de Deliver para escalar y encontrar soluciones a solicitudes de clientes.- Generación de evidencias para auditorias de acuerdo con procesos de J&J.- Cumplir en todo momento con la políticas y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa.- Asegurar el control y resguardo de evidencias de entregadigitales y físicas.Proponer y participar en actividades de mejora continua.**Qualifications**:Escolaridad: Licenciaturaen progreso.Licenciatura / especialidad: Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o carreras afines a Logística.Office: Avanzado.Excel: Avanzado.Manejo de SAPExperiência en el puesto: 1 añoen servicio a clientes, deseable experiência en participación de proyectos de mejora continuaInglés: Básico
