Trabaja en uno de nuestros cinco avanzados edificios, que incluyen siempre una enfermería, cafetería, transporte, y estaciones de trabajo ergonómicos.About the RoleIn the Customer Service Representative, you will be the customer’s voice within Watlow to communicate their delivery needs and share any shortfalls from production back to the customer. All communications to the customer will go through you from planning, quality, and shipping.As a Customer Service Representative, you will find a challenging opportunity producing high-quality products that will serve leading companies in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, sustainable energy production, medical equipment, and food safety. You will contribute to meeting customer expectations via sales order entry and working closely with planning. You will help champion setting up and maintaining customer service support in Mexico to support Semi End User and your activities as we grow.Working within our constructive culture as the Customer Service Representative you will advance and develop your autonomy, mastery and purpose, through coaching and leadership provided by your team leader.Watlow understands that you can’t do your best work if you don’t have a real understanding of the Watlow business as well as strong relationships with team members from across the organization. At Watlow you will have many opportunities, both formally and informally, to build and maintain the cross-functional knowledge and relationships that you need for a successful and rewarding career.In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will be located in QRO (Marques North) and supporting the Global End User Team.Your Key Responsibilities- Receive inquiries and complaints regarding Watlow products and/or services.- Investigate and resolve a variety of problems.- Generate orders, create standard quotes, credits to bills/orders, etc.- May go to customer’s website for correspondence and confirm, change or cancel the orders.- Champion activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs.- Track shipments, orders, reworks, etc.Required Qualifications- High-school graduate/GED- Preferred Two-year degree or Technical Certificate or related experience (1-5 years)- Professional Proficiency in English Language**Prestaciones**: El plan de compensación total WatlowTu salud, el bienestar y estabilidad financiera tuyos y de tu familia son una prioridad para nosotros.
