Summary of the position1. Answering customer inquiries: Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering customer questions and providing information about products, services, and company policies. They must be knowledgeable about the company's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.2. Resolving customer complaints: When customers have complaints or concerns, Customer Service Representatives are responsible for addressing them and finding a resolution that satisfies the customer. They must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.3. Processing orders and returns: Customer Service Representatives may be responsible for processing customer orders and returns, including verifying customer information, processing payments, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.4. Maintaining customer records: Customer Service Representatives are responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, including contact information, purchase history, and any other relevant information.5. Handling customer feedback: Customer Service Representatives may be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or customer service processes.6. Providing exceptional customer service: Customer Service Representatives must provide exceptional customer service at all times, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience folowing the quality starndards that the client requires.Qualifications:1. Excellent communication skills: Customer Service Representatives must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.2. Problem-solving skills: Customer Service Representatives must be able to effectively solve problems and find solutions that satisfy the customer.3. Attention to detail: Customer Service Representatives must be detail-oriented and able to accurately record and maintain customer information.4. Time management skills: Customer Service Representatives must be able to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively to meet customer needs and expectations.5. Customer service experience: Previous experience in customer service is often preferred, as it provides a foundation for understanding customer needs and expectations.6. Knowledge of computer systems: Customer Service Representatives must be comfortable using computer systems and software to enter and retrieve customer information and process orders and returns.**Salary**: $13,200.00 per monthWork Location: In person
