You will be responsible for pricing and strategy of all supplied PMC components for all related Business Units within Vitesco Technologies.- The main tasks of a Category Manager are / Job description:- You are responsible for the target achievement of the corresponding projects or suppliers.- You implement professional negotiation concepts in the sourcing process.- You drive annual negotiations to constantly improve the cost situation of Vitesco Technologies.- You drive the strategy execution process with cross-functional partners and implement the strategy in Business Units.- You bundle the demand for PMC Components to achieve best market conditions.- You actively influence the sourcing process during development phase by sourcing decisions, supplier selections, negotiations of prices and capacities.- You ensure the fulfillment of Vitesco requirements with legally binding contracts.- You actively support cross-functional partners in case of supply disturbances.- Job requirements:- You have completed your studies with a technical and/or commercial background, e.g. Business Engineering / Administration or equivalent qualification.- You gained first experiences in the relevant field of work, ideally in the area of purchasing.- You are confident in handling the MS-Office package (especially Excel).- You show Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).- You demonstrate self-confident standing and negotiation skills.- You are willing to travel**Working Time**: Full time**Business Unit**: VT Purchasing**Department**: VT PUR Plants**Your Contact Partner**: TANIA ARACELI PALOSVitesco Technologies is a leading international developer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art powertrain technologies for sustainable mobility.
