Manejo de Paquete Office, Oracle, WMS, Nível de Inglés BI (indispensable). -B2 (Deseable) Experiência lidereando equipos de más de 30 personas a cargo (Indispensable) y amplio conocimiento en gestión de operaciones de almacén y surtido de material, así como procesos de transformación de industria de metalmecánica. (Indispensable).Responsable de la integridad del inventario de la organización y la gestión de datos maestros, que incluye la creación y el mantenimiento de números de artículos, recursos, rutas y listas de materiales y configuraciones PFEP. Monitorea y audita el inventario y la integridad de los datos maestros. Analiza y soluciona discrepancias con la integridad del inventario y la administración de datos maestros.- Supervisar la integridad del inventario, utilizando informes y transacciones disponibles para ayudar a validar el desempeño diario. proporcionar análisis de causa raíz para datos incorrectos.- Realización del análisis de la causa raíz y proceso API de las discrepancias.- Elaborar y distribuir informes operacionales recopilando, analizando y resumiendo datos y tendencias.- Auditar facturas de materiales y rutas, y desarrollar planes de acción para implementar acciones correctivas para las no-conformidades identificadas.- Realiza y mantiene registros de conteo de ciclos y proporciona análisis de causa raíz para las discrepancias identificadas.- Rastrea, mantiene registros y comunica cambios de datos maestros a la organización para lanzamientos de programas nuevos y cambios a programas existentes.- Crea números de artículos, departamentos, recursos, rutas y listas de materiales para nuevos lanzamientos de programas y cambios en programas existentes incluyendo cambios de ingeniería y de procesos y mantiene registros correctos para estos cambios en inventario y datos maestros.- Responsable de la carga estándar del proceso presupuestario de fin de año.- Responsable del proceso de cierre del mes.- Crea y mantiene registros PFEP.- Sigue prácticas seguras.- Todas las demás tareas asignadas.**Required Skills and Education**- Ingeniería Industrial o logística.- Facilidad de toma de decisiones.- Planeado, organizado y analítico- Con sentido de urgencia.- Con facilidad de trabajo en Equipo.- Que sea Resiliente y tolerancia a la frustración.- Alto empuje con las áreas multidisciplinarias.- Excel Avanzado, Manejo de fórmulas con condicionales, tablas dinámicas, formatos condicionales, gráficas.
