As Project Manager Jr, you will manage the process and work plan of campaigns and projects of national impact aimed at the Comex stores subchannel to guarantee deployment. You will mitigate potential risks, coordinate preventive and corrective actions and opportunities for improvement. Also, you will manage actions, projects and processes requested by management so that they improve the reduction of expenses and inventories. You will report to the director in charge.**Main Responsibilities.**- Map and develop the process of national campaigns and routes, which includes campaign definition, art guiding, scenarios and profitability analysis. Also, management of POP and promotional material, internal means of communication, digital campaign, roll out and downloads among others.- Process analysis of national campaigns and manage the closing of gaps that operationally and economically affect us.- Coordinate the interaction of areas and deliverables to improve communication between PPG's commercial and internal operations teams.- Manage the work plan from the very definition of POP material for national campaigns to its purchase.- Responsible for the promotional provision process for Comex stores that involves the selection of promotional products and execution of activities, development of information to make the purchase and output of inventory and budget management.- Manage the Outlet sales process that involves creating a work plan, generating a database and integrating information from the different product managers.**Qualifications.**- Bachelor's degree in administration, industrial engineering or marketing.- +4 years' experience in the approach, planning, management and implementation of projects, and administrative processes.
