**Vacante para la empresa G-Global en Terrazas Del Valle - Tijuana, Baja California**:Empresa G-Global se encuentra en búsqueda de Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor:**Objetivo**:Supervisar y asegurar el control financiero de las operaciones, garantizando la correcta administración y ejecución de los recursos económicos bajo las políticas y lineamientos corporativos. Coordinar al equipo en la implementación de prácticas financieras que fortalezcan la rentabilidad, optimicen los costos operativos y aseguren el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos de la organización, con enfoque en maximizar márgenes y retornos de inversión por cliente.**Responsabilidades**:- Asegurar la construcción en tiempo y forma del análisis de rentabilidad de cada uno de sus clientes.- Asegurar la facturación de todos los servicios de cada cliente, se lleve a cabo en tiempo y forma.- Coordinar la comunicación de disputas y/o discrepancias con los clientes ante la facturación.- Dar soporte en la identificación oportunidades de ahorro y eficiencia financiera.- Asegurar y fomentar un ambiente de trabajo saludable alineado a la cultura organizacional y valores. Gestiona las herramientas para el desempeño de las labores del equipo.- Realizar reuniones con el equipo a cargo y registrar en tiempo y forma en plataforma.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial o afín.- 2 años de experiência en una posición similar.- Conocimiento en reportes financieros, conocimiento en gestión de operaciones, control presupuestal.- Experiência en giro 3PL / Fulfillment.- Inglés avanzado.- Excel intermedio - avanzado.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Logística / Transporte**Industria**:Transporte, Logística, Cadena de Suministro y Almacenamiento
