**Packaging Engineer****What you’ll do**:- **Packaging Availability & Planning**: Ensure daily availability of primary packaging for all production lines; run container forecasts and manage carton packaging planning to maintain adequate coverage.- **Inventory Control & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of packaging inputs/outputs, review daily inventory files, and report critical shortages or discrepancies to prevent line stoppages.- **Coordination & Supplier Interaction**: Coordinate timely transitions to alternate packaging when needed, minimize extra costs, handle client portal receipts, and quote/purchase new packaging when required.**What is required**:- Education & Experience: Degree in Industrial Engineering or related; 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.- Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to quality, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment.- Advanced English**What’s in it for you**:- Attractive compensation package- Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks.- Gender Pay EqualityAutoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
