**HOTEL COURTYARD MARRIOT DISTRITO 1**SOLICITA**REVENUE MANAGER**- Descripción del puesto:La persona seleccionada será responsable de crear y ejecutar estrategias que incrementen los ingresos mediante el análisis de la competencia; estableciendo tarifas de hospedaje en base al mercado local en base a demanda.- Responsabilidades principales:Crear estrategias de precios basadas en ocupación, temporada y análisis de la competencia.Gestionar el inventario de habitaciones en todos los canales de distribución.Monitorear el desempeño de los canales de venta (directos e indirectos).Coordinar con los equipos de Reservaciones, Ventas y Marketing para alinear estrategias.Evaluar oportunidades comerciales a través de campañas, promociones y paquetes.- Requisitos:Experiência previa como Revenue Manager o en áreas de ReservacionesDominio de plataformas y sistemas de gestión hotelera.Habilidades avanzadas de análisis de datos y toma de decisiones basada en resultados.Inglés intermedio-avanzado.- Ofrecemos:Sueldo baseComisionesFondo de AhorroVales de despensaUniformes de la empresaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,733.52 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
