Come be a part of this journey****BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A SAP Operations Lead Zone 1****JOB TITLE: SAP Operations Manager Zone 1****FUNCTION: IDT Enterprise Solutions Centre of Excellence (ES CoE)****CITY & COUNTRY: MONTERREY, MEXICO****ROLE SUMMARY****What are the key objectives and expectations from this role? **.**Reports to**:Head of Zone 1 IDT Services**ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Lead a small team of SAP Experts responsible for Service Operations within a DevOps environment. This includes but not limited to:- Service level management- Incident management and triaging- Major incident management- System Monitoring & Automation to improve efficiencies of IT Operations- Continuous Improvement & Problem Management - delivering permanent fixes.- Data Volume Management and System Performance Improvements- Security & Compliance- SOx Compliance- Accountable for the patching, evergreening and health of the SAP Systems.- Maintains strong relationships within the broader DevOps Team, promoting continual improvement for Service Operations.- Drive continuous service and improvement and innovation for the services- Ensure alignment to agreed BAT global Target Operating Model (TOM) processes, and standardised ITIL IT Service Management processes.- Ensure effective evaluation of business risks and issues related to operational incidents. Implement appropriate risk management processes and take appropriate and timely actions.- Ensure the appropriate quality control processes (e.g. SOx, audits) are in place and adhered to.- Stakeholder engagement & management across various levels within the organisation and with service providers.**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE****ESSENTIAL****Experience Required**- Members and Leadership Team of the Enterprise Solutions CoE Team and Global Service Operations team- Key vendors and service providers - e.g. TCS, IBM, SAP etc.- Regional IDT Services - Establishing network and relationships with regional Service Line Managers- Global Service Lines - Establishing network and relationships with the various Global service line owners- 10+ Years’ experience with SAP ERP systems on a Global Scale with broad knowledge covering both functional and technical.- Degree Educated- Experience in managing a team and engaging stakeholders across the globe- Breadth of knowledge of best practice IT Service Management best practice (ITIL) including Incident Management and Problem Management- Proven IT operations, supplier management and service line management experience- Vendor and service management experience - Able to work independently and drive outcomes through suppliers to deliver against agreed SLAs- Good communication and engagement skills.
