We empower the team to foster a culture where excellence becomes a habit, not an exception.**This position reports to**:Sales Supp. Mgr.Configuration&Quotation**Your responsibilities**:- Process mapping and continuous review for improvement (Meet ISO 9000 Standards).- Standardization (Process, Templates, Technical information, Commercial Terms).- Lessons Learned management. Sustainable solutions.- Proposals OPQs management. Sustainable solutions.- Function as link to build relationship between areas.- Risk administration (Management consists of actions and plans, whereas administration entails setting objectives and policies).- Training plan development & Trainings organization.- Development and follow-up of Quality KPIs.- Improve handover of projects to Project Management (Pre-KOM & Documentation).- Customer satisfaction polls, analysis, and follow-up.- Audits planning & execution of Proposals.**Your background**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.- 3 years of experience in proposals development.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI.- ANSI/IEC Low Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers.- ANSI/IEC Medium Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers (including Primary, Secondary and GIS)- Background in Packaging, Services, Bus Duct, electrification & distribution systems.- Availability to travel.- Advanced English level.**More about us**:
