Write the next chapter of your ABB story.**:null**This position reports to**:Service Sales Support Specialist**Your role and responsibilities**:- In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in conjunction with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology. Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions.- The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid- This role is contributing to the Motion Service division in Mexico.- You will be mainly accountable for:- Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.- Preparing / supporting in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.- Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization.- Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization.- Our team dynamics- You will join a reliable and high performance team, where you will be able to thrive.**Qualifications for the role**:- You have 1-2 years of experience in Field Service.- You are passionate about motors and/or drives.- You are at ease communicating in English (Intermediate level).- Experience in a sale, proposal and/or technical service support roles is a differential.- Ability to demonstrate your experience in MS Office, Salesforce or SAP is valuable.- Bachelor’s degree in Control and automation, Mechatronics or Electrical engineering.**Benefits**:- Paid Parental leave (gender neutral)- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Accident insurance- Wellbeing program**More about us**:
