The company focuses on cross-cultural excellence to empower businesses to focus on expansion and growth.**About the role**:As an Inbound Sales Representative with a talent for converting the interest of inbound prospects into lasting business relationships.**What You’ll Do**- Answer calls and messages from healthcare professionals interested in our products.- Understand their clinical needs and offer solutions that really make an impact.- Close consultative sales with a human and technical approach.- Maintain updated prospect and client information in our CRM.**Required Skills & Experience**- Sales experience, preferably B2B.- Fluent English.- Exceptional communication, empathy and persuasion skills.- Ability to close inbound sales autonomously and effectively.- Tech savvy.**What We Offer**:- Competitive **base salary $24k - $25K gross monthly**:- Full **law benefits (15 days of Christmas bonus if you have less than a year, 20 days of Christman bonus at year, 37.5% instead of 25% of vacation bonus)**:- **Punctuality** and **attendance bonus of $2,200 MXN**:- **Excellence**bonus of $1,000 MXN- **Private minor medical insurance**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $24,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicosPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- What your English Level?- This position it will be in an on-site setting, are you comfortable with that?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
