For 135+ years The Coca-Cola Company has grown to become the most recognizable brand in the world. In 2020 we launched the Flavored Alcohol Beverage brand Topo Chico Hard Seltzer in Latin America. Due to the category growth, we are expanding our product innovation and looking for pioneers that know how to expand their thinking and bring new ideas to life. In this role you will be responsible for shaping the Value to Market (VTM) strategies, plans, and execution for the FAB category, partnering cross functionally across the region, and with Coca-Cola bottling partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a RGM Manager to act as an intrapreneur to help build a “start-up” in Latin America with the resources and backing of The Coca-Cola Company.**What You’ll Do For Us**- Accelerate Flavored Alcohol Beverages and Distribution Partnerships (FAB & DP) growth through Value to Market (VTM) platforms- Define consumption occasions for FAB & DP- Develop VTM platforms for specific FAB & DP consumption occasions (socializing and “My Moments”)- Define RTM strategy for FAB & DP categories- Develop new system capabilities for On-Trade (e.g., myBar)- Leverage mixology platform to increase FAB visibility- Deliver VTM Platform targets share in key occasions, VTM coverage in POS- Embed VTM platforms in annual and quarterly plans- Deploy Horeca VTM model fully in key markets- Deliver relevant execution metrics**Qualifications and Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Econometrics, or related field is required (Master’s or MBA degree is highly preferred)- 5+ years of experience in a Finance or commercial planning or commercial execution with strong skills in VTM, RGM, Segmentation, Innovation and Channel strategy- Must be fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is also highly preferred- Demonstrate experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) system business fundamentals and drivers of growth/value across a broad range of markets and business dimensions, advanced commercial finance skills.- Experience in a cross-functional or highly matrixed organization- Strong communication and collaboration skills as well as highly developed project management, business development and negotiation skills with experience from driving complex cross-functional, cross-system projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders- Experience having owned/shaped/led growth and marketing strategy for product line, brand, or category- Strong experience in market & customer insights, segmentation, product commercialization and branding- Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, global, and cross functional teams.- Proven track record of delivering results through leadership and growth behaviors and strategy building experience**What We Can Do For You**- **Iconic & Innovative Brands**: Our portfolio represents over 20 different billion-dollar brands such as Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Powerade, and more.
