**Busca la siguiente posicion para cambiar residencia a Saltillo, Coahuila.****Production Supervisor**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Must be an Expert on IPC 610C and ANSI ESD 20/20- Display expert knowledge of the Manufacturing Process of Electronic Assemblies.- Display expert knowledge in Self Directed Working Groups.- Be the precursor to follow IPC 610C Standard- Enforce ESD Standards as normal procedures day in/day out- Support the industrial engineer with labor forecasting and skills needs in line with new business/stations requirements.- Review/drive process performance metrics and progress continuously.- Identify training / development training plans for personnel under charge.- Provide coaching to facilitate individual excellence.- Create and manage a succession plan for the key/critical position on the production line.- Share responsibility on Production Throughput, Quality and Delivery with Manufacturing, Maintenance & MP&LEXPERIENCE- Electrical/Electronics Engineer, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineer or Similar with broad experience in Production Environment of Electronic Assembly- 5 years minimum of industry experience in the Electronics Assembly Automotive Industry- Ability to Interview and select properly his team of people.- Experience mentoring employees to incorporate into new processes- Knowledge of IPC610 Standard, ANSI ESD 20/20, certified is a Plus.- English is a plus- Teaching abilityTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Lunes a viernes
