Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Trade Compliance Manager**Your role and responsibilities**In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for local import/export operations. Each day, you will supervise performance of customs brokers. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring smooth execution of operational trade and customs activities within a local unit, including relevant documentation and compliance with regulations.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions business in San Luis Potosi.You will be mainly accountable for:- Recording import & export files. Integrating information for Annex 24 and databases management.- Auditing customs brokers regarding the correctness of customs entries.- Maintaining and sharing with colleagues, as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant import/export laws and procedures, tariffs, duties, licenses, and restrictions.- Communicating and providing legal import & export guidelines to all operational related areas**Qualifications for the role**- Bachelors degree in International Trade, Industrial Engineering or similar.- 1+ Year experience in logistics, trade and shipment activities- Basic knowledge of import & export compliance.- Mid - Advanced Excel (SAP knowledge preferred) Advanced English**Benefits**- Dental insurance- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)
