Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership and to improve customer satisfaction.**Your responsibilities**:- Work closely with customers to develop resolution plans, monitor progress, and ensure appropriate closure.- Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution support via phone and web.- Interact with technology, supply chain, product management, sales, and field service to provide technical and commercial solutions for customers.- Work cross-functionally with global teams.- Document customer cases and actions using case-tracking tools.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.- +2 years of experience in Customer support.- Portfolio Management, Business Strategy and Market Intelligence.- Knowledge of ERP (SAP) FICO Model, MS Office and Advanced Excel.- Type of Experience: Manufacturing / Cost Accounting / Finance.- Strong Leadership, Attention to detail, self-critic and excellent customer service attitude.- Advanced level of English.**More about us**:
