Across multiple energy-intensive industries, the business provides customers with end-to-end product and service solutions that help ensure the reliability and protection of their electrical infrastructure. The Post Sales Support Specialist will act as the primary customer and field sales contact to own, contain, and resolve post shipment customer issues.**This position reports to**:Customer Support Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Work closely with customers to develop resolution plans, monitor progress, and ensure appropriate closure.- Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution support via phone and web.- Interact with technology, supply chain, product management, sales, and field service to provide technical and commercial solutions for customers.- Work cross functionally with global teams.- Document customer cases and actions using case tracking tools.**Your background**:- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related.- 2 years of experience working product knowledge or technical profile in the Electric or Mechanical area.- Ability to read and understand dimensional drawings, such as product catalogs, sales drawings, or manufacturing documentation.- Knowledge in Salesforce and SAP.- Strong team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- English knowledge for written and spoken needs.- Already worked for an American industry.**More about us**:
