Get to know us better by visiting our website.**Position Description**As a Technical Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:- Analyze and fulfill business needs by developing technical designs and specifications for IT systems.- Leverage technology principles, knowledge, and practices to diagnose issues and enhance existing solutions.**Required Qualifications**To be successful in this role, you should have:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT, programming, or systems analysis.- Ability to work in project development and implementation; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical solutions.- Excellent technical writing, communication, and analytical thinking skills- Familiarity with FDA regulations, computer validation, and Sarbox regulatory requirements.- Proficiency in test case writing and execution.**About the department**The Finance and Operations department is a team of dedicated professionals, we work together to support the company's financial goals and operational excellence.
