This position requires excellent communication skills and proactivity, strong organizational skills are needed too and the ability to work well with coworkers from a remote position.Key Responsibilities:- Processing of different projects like Open Access analysis where is needed to find if an article is open access.- Give support on GIMD special process where we need to deliver the articles to the customer via FTP.- Support on Ingestion and reporting projects.- Data analysis.- Other responsibilities as assigned.**Requirements**:- English language medium-high with strong reading skills mainly.- Highly skilled in internet research- Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) Must be able to build and maintain Excel Spreadsheets mainly.- Medium knowledge on bibliographic citations- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Must be able to take initiative to get things done- Ability to interact with and maintain good working relationships with staff of all levels in a global, remote environment- Ability to operate in a discreet and confidential manner- Bachelor’s degree
