We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in managing technology projects, specifically in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems. You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and optimizing business processes through the ERP.**Responsibilities**:- **ERP Project Management**: Lead the implementation, migration, or upgrade of ERP systems, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality.- **Strategic Planning**: Validate the project's scope, objectives, schedule, and resources.- **Stakeholder Management**: Coordinate with key areas such as Finance, Operations, IT, and ERP Providers to ensure project success.- **Risk Management**: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that may impact project success.- **Budgetary Control**: Manage project costs and ensure compliance with the assigned budget.- **Team Leadership**: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration to meet objectives.- **Change Management**: Implement strategies to facilitate ERP adoption within the organization.- **Tracking and Reporting**: Present project progress to senior management and ensure proper documentation.**Requirements**:- **Education**: Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems, Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.- **Experience**: Minimum of 8 to 10 years leading technology projects with a focus on ERPs.- **ERP Knowledge**: Experience with SAP, or Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo, or NetSuite, or others.- **Certifications (Desirable)**: PMP, CSM (Scrum Master), ITIL, or PRINCE2.- **Methodologies**: Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.**Skills**:- Leadership and team management.- Negotiation skills and effective communication.- Results-oriented and strategic decision-making.- Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Management of Executive Groups.- **Languages**: Intermediate-advanced English.- Contrato inicial de 1 mes de prueba.- Proyecto por el resto del año 2025.- Prestaciones de ley.- Salario neto (compuesto de base y bono).Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
