About Your Role: 20% Apply lean principles to plant processes to identify and eliminate waste and improve site performance based on operational metrics, including but not limited to: People and Sustainability, Lead Time / Delivery / Flow (Growth), Quality / Capacity and Cost / Productivity 10% Create a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization through training and development of all associates. 20% Organize, lead, and act as facilitator in kaizen events for continuous improvement in alignment with the management team. 10% Implement, participate in, and follow up on improvement ideas with salary and hourly teams. 20% Develop and collaborate on company layouts, implementing tools such as 6S, Kanban, line balancing, and restructuring the company to improve the work environment. 20% Support production in problem-solving and system implementation. About You: 5 years of experience. Management skills (ability to lead others). Six Sigma certified (at least Green Belt). English proficiency: 70%. Experience handling charts, histograms, Pareto diagrams, Gantt charts, etc. Ability to read blueprints (Geometric Tolerances) and layouts. Experience in project management. Knowledge of Lean tools (Kanban, Kaizen, 6S, Line Balancing, SMED, Flow). PLUS: Six Sigma Green Belt. Technical knowledge of SMT. #LI-KRL #J-18808-Ljbffr
