Our diverse clients range from celebrities to entrepreneurs.**OBJECTIVES**:- Communication with clients to understand their objectives and campaign requirements- Day-to-day management of advertising campaigns across various social media platforms- Creation of in-depth campaign reports and analysis to measure performance- Refinement of ad creatives to optimize campaign effectiveness- Implementation of conversion rate optimization strategies- Tracking and monitoring of multi-channel campaigns- Identifying performance trends and implementing enhancements accordingly- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients- Establishing solid working relationships with publishers and vendor partners- Developing proficiencies with industry tools and resources- Staying up-to-date with emerging industry trends and communicating them internally and externally**COMPETENCIES**:- Experience with Facebook Ads and Business Manager is a plus but not required.- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics is a plus but not required.- An energetic go-getter with an entrepreneurial spirit.- Good organization skills.- Ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively.- Detail-oriented with an analytical approach to achieving objectives.- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:- No college degree is required- Previous agency experience is a plus but not required**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer**COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY**:Our company values diversity and is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcomed, supported, and respected regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, or background.**BENEFITS**:- Paid Time Off- Paid Sick Days**Are you ready to take your digital marketing career to the next level?
