Employee within the Finance Analytics (FA) role will work closely with the Finance, Accounting and IT organizations to enhance data governance, flow and also will help transform data into valuable information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.Responsible to oversee the overall cash situation and proactive steering of the company's cash resources to ensure capital structure optimization and compliance to all corporate related policies.Promote continues processes and activities improvement, ensure a compliance to all rules, policies and procedures establish by the organization in terms of accounting principles, ICS controls and Daimler Code of Conduct.Foster team and personal development- Knowledge of Business Intelligence/ Finance Analytics- Knowledge on ERP processes for BI implementation- Understanding of Database Management Systems- Financing structures, company valuation methods- Forecasting, Financial Analysis, cash modeling- English Intermediate- AdvancedSoft Skills:- Analysis and problem solving- Effective communication- Influence and negociation- Project management- Planning and organizationAcademic Knowledge: Economics, Finance, Administration, Accounting, Mathematics.
