Job SummaryLead the Record-to-Report North America into excellence. Manage the operations and activities of the GL Accounting Team on a day-to-day basis, supervises employees, monitor activities, and satisfy internal reporting requirements.Lead the Record-to-Report North America into excellence. Manage the operations and activities of the GL Accounting Team on a day-to-day basis, supervises employees, monitor activities, and satisfy internal reporting requirements.GL account reconciliations, reviewing and analysing the General Ledger/trial balance, and working with local Finance teams to identify adjustments. Manage overall team performance by driving an engaged and proactive mindset.Ensuring team utilization, holiday balance and mandatory trainings are on track with the set guidelines.Setting and executing mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery. Monitor the accounting activities globally, drive change and integration. Drive process improvements and new transitions within the Team.
