Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven QA Engineer. This role is responsible for designing and executing automated test strategies, auditing test results, and ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our software products. A key focus of this position is the development and integration of AI-driven agents to enhance test automation and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in intelligent automation, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within Agile development teams. Responsibilities and Duties Design and implement automated test cases Develop and manage AI-driven agents to optimize test execution, coverage, and efficiency Audit and maintain automated test results and scripts Perform performance, load, and stress testing Identify, report, and track software bugs Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution Ensure software meets defined quality and reliability standards Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on test automation Proven experience in performance, load, and stress testing of web/mobile-based applications Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, or integrating AI agents for test automation workflows Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Testim (preferred), Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, or similar Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail Qualifications and Skills Strong proficiency in automated testing tools such as Testim, Selenium, Cypress, Katalon, etc. Ability to design and work with AI-driven agents to enhance test automation and coverage Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and software development life cycles Experience with performance and stress testing tools Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Java, etc Familiarity with API testing Experience with CI/CD tools Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, Agile environments with strong attention to detail EEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is MTech’s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
