Please attach an **English version of your CV**.- The entire recruitment process will be communicated using English.**Position Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls using the CEO's calendar.- Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries and recommendations to the CEO.- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on action items and deadlines.- Prepare board decks and other presentation materials for the CEO.- Provide general administrative support, including filing, document management, and other tasks as assigned.- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.**Skills and Qualifications**:- Proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or similar role in the U.S.- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet- Proficiency in Calendar Management- Ability to conduct research and summarize findings effectively.- Experience preparing board decks and other presentation materials.- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.- Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA is a plus**Salary**: Up to $37,288.42 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Executive VA for a US CEO: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Proficient English (required)
