R- esponsibilities: Process invoices for client services, including credits and re-bills. I- nputs data that may include customer info, customer job, work orders, audit info, scheduling and other client related information. Manages advanced customer data and interactions across service areas. R- esponds to routine customer questions and ensures customers are responding within designated timelines such as scheduling audits A- ssists leaders on gathering data related to supplier forms, market data and special projects, as needed.Q- ualifications: High School Diploma/GEDA minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience including experience in providing excellent customer service. C- 1 English Level. T- echnical/Professional Knowledge and Skills in Microsoft Office. B- uilding Strategic Working Relationships: Developing and using collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. C- ontributing to Team Success: Actively participating as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals. D- ecision Maker (includes Problem Solving).
