R**esponsibilities: MAIN RESPONSABILITIES S**- elect auditors to schedule audits based on qualifications and location. E- nsure compliance with the audit’s execution according to clients´ KPI´s. E- nsure efficient and effective utilization of resources. C- ustomer and auditor contact for questions regarding, but not limited to:, audit dates and audit processes. S- chedule on-boarding and calibration activities for auditors. M- anage pertinent systems in order to input data regarding audits, but not limited to: customer information, audit information and scheduling. A- ssists leaders on gathering data related to supplier forms, market data and special projects, as needed. C- ustomer support during audit process flow, as needed. A- uditor support during audit process flow, as needed. G- enerating weekly reports in the programs performance KPI´s.Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : B- achelor’s degree. A- minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience including experience in providing excellent customer service. B- 2 English Level. T- echnical/Professional Knowledge and Skills in Microsoft Office. B- uilding Strategic Working Relationships. C- ontributing to Team Success. D- ecision Maker (includes Problem Solving). I- nnovator. A- bility to work independently, follow through on all assignments and meet deadlines. D- ata Analysis P**REFERRED QUALIFICATIONS B**- achelor’s degree in business administration, systems administration of any other related area of study as economics, sciences and others.- 3) years experience in project management, customer service and/or administrative task.
