Take your next step and support us as a SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER.DESCRIPTIONEvaluate the supplier’s performance to meet the customer quality targetsOversee the industrialization of electric and electronics componentsWork along with suppliers to meet all needed activities and avoid deviationReview supplier manufacturing processes and identify potential issuesParticipate with supplier in the different events: Pre-series, series, capacity check, ISIR, buy offs and Q-checksPerform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and follow up / validation of actionsCarry out supplier qualification and requalification on timeDetect and promptly inform about potential risksGather information and ensure all documentation is uploaded into the corresponding platformsParticipate actively in regular meetings to provide status to top management and project reviewsREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related5 to 7 years of experience inside the industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, and manufacturing processes (electric and electronics components)Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (VDA, IATF16949 and/or ISO 9001)Strong knowledge of Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)Good knowledge of quality processes and quality toolsGood knowledge of measurement techniques, GD&TCertified Quality auditor under ISO 19011 or VDA 6.3 (desirable)Handling of KPIs and reportingGather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirementsKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing)Willing to travel within MexicoJazzHr Privacy Policyhttps://www.jazzhr.com/privacy-policy/ #J-18808-Ljbffr
