BR**Consultant - Business Process Excellence (Diverse positions levels)**:Mexico**Sourcing Statement****About the role**Novartis Corporate Center Mexico City is one of six strategically located corporate centers established by Novartis globally. It brings together expert capabilities and talent across functionalities, that drives the business forward. It is home to 1000+ associates who work to deliver on the Novartis purpose of reimagining medicine to improve and extend people’s lives.We are looking to build a strong pipeline for future opportunities at diverse levels for the Business Process Excellence structure.The Consultant - Business Process Excellence structure is accountable for managing strategic business projects for Novartis Group, the CEO and the Executive Committee, with the aim of maximizing economic value and securing future competitive advantage and also for supporting Senior Strategy Managers and Directors in projects around key Novartis products in major markets, that deliver substantially greater outcome improvement than from the product alone.Main responsibilities:- Generates strategic insights based on best-in-class analysis, distills outputs and recommendations which enable informed decisions of top leaders.- Achieves successful outcomes for all managed project and ensures the solution is properly designed and implemented according to the relevant project methodology and approach agreed with customer.- Responsible for the deliverables are prepared within the relevant project delivery methodology, managing project risks, where required.- Supports multi-disciplinary teams - internal customer, functional, IT, third party.**Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:- We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve._**Role Requirements**- Experience leading process improvement projects in large companies and across different regions.- Strong Strategy Development, Project Management and/ or Financial Management skills.- Experience collaborating across boundaries.- Knowledge of Major Change Industry and Business Exposure- Experience developing and delivering story flows and presentations for Management.- Strong knowledge of Strategic thinking and planning- Knowledge of current and future global business trends- Background managing resources Assessing impact of (internal & external) changes on the HCS Analyzing stakeholder requirements.- Experience leading strategic initiatives and developing internal talent to enable and speed transformation in Novartis.**Division**Operations**Business Unit**Global Business Solutions**Work Location**Ciudad de México**Company/Legal Entity**NOV CORPORATIVO MEX**Functional Area**Commercial & General Management**Job Type**Full Time**Employment Type**Regular**Shift Work**No**Early Talent**Yes
