Take your next career step with us and join our international team in Mexico.**Position Overview**:For our Transformation Services, we are seeking an experienced Business Excellence Consultant who will lead strategic initiatives to analyze, optimize, and digitalize business processes. This role requires a proven track record in digital transformation, process excellence, and project management methodologies.**Responsibilities**:- Support the identification of process improvement and digital transformation opportunities through basic process analysis and data collection.- Assist in documenting processes (process maps, standard operating procedures) under guidance.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using the foundational Lean Six Sigma principles.- Collaborate on improvement projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) within cross-functional teams.- Help develop and integrate Low-Code solutions (Power Apps, Mendix), Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau), and automation technologies (RPA/RDA).- Coordinate process optimization workshops alongside senior consultants and team leaders.- Contribute to defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within assigned teams and areas.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.- 1-2 years of experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or technology implementation (internships or entry-level roles included).- Basic understanding of agile project management methodologies.- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is a plus.- Introductory knowledge of process modeling techniques (BPMN, SIPOC).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Good communication and teamwork abilities.- Experience in multicultural or international environments is desirable.- Proactive learner with a growth mindset.- Adaptable to change and collaborative in diverse teams.- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.- Curious about innovation and digital transformation.
